Custom-Sewn Nylon Cases

Nylon is the most commonly used material for cases, because of its durable, self-healing, expandable, and versatile nature. It comes in a variety of thread sizes and colors, making it useful for case interiors and exteriors alike.

We recommend nylon for cases that need extra durability for heavy use. If the cases don't need to be extremely rugged, we may recommend nylon's less expensive cousin, polyester.

As with all of our fabrics, Tetrafab buys in bulk to ensure consistency; and, we apply the same rigorous quality control standards on incoming raw materials as we do on outbound finished product.
